About J. Chandler Loupe

Chandler Loupe brings over 32 years of high-stakes litigation experience to the team at Legionnaires Lawyers, where he utilizes a relentless, aggressive approach to represent victims of Legionnaires’ disease and toxic water exposure nationwide. Because Legionella bacteria outbreaks frequently strike national hotel chains, major medical facilities, and cruise ships, Chandler provides powerful, coast-to-coast advocacy to hold corporate property owners accountable anywhere in the United States.

A veteran courtroom advocate, Chandler has tried complex cases to successful jury verdicts across the country, including Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, and Illinois. Throughout his career, he has secured numerous multi-million-dollar recoveries for families devastated by severe injuries and wrongful death—highlighted by a landmark $45 million case victory. A graduate of the prestigious Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in Wyoming and an elected member of its Board of Directors, Chandler is a frequent national speaker on advanced trial techniques.

His goal is simple: to establish deep trust with clients nationwide during what is often the most difficult chapter of their lives. That commitment to public service was also reflected in his local community, where Chandler served three terms on the Metropolitan Council of East Baton Rouge and was elected Mayor Pro Tem. Chandler received both his undergraduate business degree and his Juris Doctor from Tulane University and is the proud father of three young men.
