About Hayden Bergeron
A native of Houma, Hayden Bergeron proudly maintains strong ties to his hometown. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University before earning his Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Throughout law school, Hayden honed his legal skills as a law clerk at Gordon McKernan Injury Attorneys. He was hired directly out of law school and works out of the Baton Rouge office, where he focuses his practice on advocating for victims of Legionnaires’ disease and toxic water exposure. Because Legionella outbreaks frequently occur at large commercial properties, national hotel chains, and healthcare facilities, Hayden is proud to extend his legal support to clients nationwide, helping families across the country navigate the complex liability of severe respiratory illnesses.
In his free time, Hayden enjoys hunting, fishing, playing golf, and spending time with his friends, family, and two dogs.
